يظل المشهد الثقافي العربي في شبكة الإنترنت متسعا ليشمل جوانب عديدة من الحياة ويفسر موقف الذات العربية في انفتاحها على المعلوماتى والتقني الحديث في محاولة لأحداث إنجازات معرفية جديدة وتواصلا معها,عبر الشبكة الرقمية التي اتسعت دائرتها في كافة أنحاء الكرة الأرضية ليظل المشهد الثقافي العربي يمثل بهذا الكم الجاد أطروحات متعددة ورؤى مختلفة التوجهات بحرية التعبير عنها عبر منجزه الحضاري وان كان يواجه صعوبات كثيرة غير أن هذه العقبات التي يواجهها الواقع الرقمي هي قمة نضوجه المعرفي وسبيله الأمثل لتخطيها والتفوق عليها رغم ذلك .وان كانت حتمية تاريخية تلك التى تؤكد الواقع الرقمي بكل منجزاته وسلبياته أيضا كأي واقع معاش ويطرح أسئلة لا حصر لها إن التأمل الحقيقي لكم الإبداعات الفنية والثقافية عبر الشبكة والتي تصدر بحرية شديدة سوف تنقل مجتمعاتنا العربية نحو أفاق جديدة معرفية وحضارية مختلفة تمام الاختلاف وليس هذا تفاؤلا فحسب ولكنه ضرورة اجتماعية غاية في الأهمية كانت في تلهفنا المستمر للخروج من أزمتنا الحضارية ككل حتى عبر الحوارات الثقافية والتعرف على الأخر وعلى الكيانات الثقافية مختلفة التوجهات يظل لهذا الحوار الجاد والمثمر أهمية قصوى عبر تفهمات كثيرة ونقاشات لا حصر لها ربما تتصادم أحيانا ولكنها تظل طوال الوقت في حوارها المستمر والذي لا يمكن قطعه أو فصله أو هجره.أو حتى أحداث تلك العزلة التي تعود عليها الإنسان العربي.
ربما تلاحقت الأسئلة في هذه التجربة الحضارية الجديدة وتوالدت إجابات أكثر وواجهت معها لعبة الاحتمال و ربما كانت التجربة برمتها في عنفوانها وتأخذ الشكل الجاد في الطرح غير أنها أصبحت تمثل قيما اجتماعية وثقافية أخذت في التصاعد التدريجي لأعلى وتشيد بناء ضخم جدا يمنح الإنسان العربي بداية احترامه لنفسه ولكيانه الانسانى المنتهك سابقا طوال الوقت.
وان كان المنجز الحضاري السابق- على اعتبار الواقع الرقمي منجز حضاري جديد – وهو كذلك بالفعل- يعد ولنسميه الكتاب الورقي مرجعا لا غنى عنه حتى الآن وان كانت قد صدرت مقولات بموت الكتاب الورقي ليس بمفهوم رولان بارت في وجه كل الإبداعات والدراسات مع هذا الواقع المنفتح على الكتابات الرقمية وفى ظل وجود المكتبات الرقمية بكل نتاجها الفكري الأسهل في التداول, لكن إذا كان موت الكتاب التقليدي أمرا قادما غير انه لا دليل حيوي على ذلك- وهذه الفكرة في حد ذاتها تمثل قيمة جديدة ومفهوم مختلف على اعتبار أن الثورة الرقمية تقتل الماضي بكل مميزاته وعيوبه من هذا المفهوم تبقى هذه الثورة المستمرة في شكل توجهاتها العديدة تحافظ على أساس انطلاقها ألا وهو الكتاب الورقي ولا يمكن أن تعدم الملك الآن . ألا وهو كم الإنجاز الحضاري السابق ربما سيأخذ شكل الأهرامات في نظري ويعد اثر سياحيا لابد من زيارته والتعرف إليه عبر منجزه الحضاري السابق ربما يكون هذا بعد زمن طويل نسبيا .
يؤسس هذا في اتجاه نظرية الحداثة أو إلى مفهوم ما بعد..... الحداثة والتي كانت في عصرها واحدة من النظريات الحديثة في نقد الحياة والأدب بشكل خاص والتطور الطبيعي للواقع المعاش والذي ينظر إليه عبر ضرورة التغير وإحداث ماهيات جديدة في كونه العام غير انه يتشابك الآن مع الواقع الطبيعي كي نتحدث عن واقع مغاير بكل مكوناته سواء كنا معه أو ضده.
إلا انه واقع رقمي افتراضي يقدم بنية مغايرة وعالم مغاير جديد بكل التفاصيل وهو يقدم هذا المنجز الحضاري عبر تقنيات وآليات مغايرة لمعارفنا السابقة وهذا يقابل بكثير من التوجس والريبة وقد أحدث هذا المنجز موقفا فنيا مختلفا وقسم التوجهات الفكرية إلى عدة أقسام وكثرة الآراء حول الواقع الرقمي والكتابة الرقمية وهى حتى الآن لم تتضح رؤاها وتوجهاتها الفنية ولازالت تحاول الدخول في التفاصيل .
رغم التطورات السريعة والمتغيرات المعلوماتية في الواقع الرقمي وتطرح أسئلة عديدة حول الجنس الأدبي ونوعه حيث ترتبط الكتابة الرقمية بالمرجعيات وبأحدث تقنيات لأجهزة الكمبيوتر وبالانترنت حيث تتداخل مجموعة كبيرة من العناصر في العمل الفني الرقمي كالصور والفيديو ومؤثرات الصوت والضوء والألوان والبرمجيات وكلها عناصر جديدة على الكتابة , ربما كانت تتشكل في الواقع الطبيعي من المفردات وحدها في الكتابة الورقية غير أنها تختلف الصورة في الواقع الرقمي ويبقى السؤال مطروحا

Although the historical inevitability that stresses the fact that all digital reality with all its achievements and disadvantages is also like any present real, raises countless questions. The true prediction of the magnitude of technical and cultural ingenuities through the network, which releasing in full freedom will carry out our Arabic societies into new knowledge and cultural horizons, which are completely different. This is not only optimism, but it is social need, extremely important in the continuing yearning to get out of our cultural crisis even through cultural dialogues , recognizing the others, knowing the cultural entities which remain different orientations, this serious and effortful dialogue has utmost importance through countless understandings and debates which may sometimes interfere , but all the time it still in ongoing dialogue which can't be stopped or separated or neglected.
Or even creating of that isolation which that Arabian man used to be with it , perhaps the questions had been follow through this new cultural experience and it were more answers - this answers , faced with the game of probability , may be the whole of this experience appears in its Dynamism and it takes the serious side in arising however it become representing social and cultural values which continued in gradual escalation for higher ; it built a great construction which give the Arabian man the beginning of his self respect and the appraisal of his human entity which had been infracted all the time before. The formal achievement ; if we consider the digital field a new field, let's call this formal achievement ( the papery book ), which is a indispensable reference till now ( and really it is) , there were arguments that the papery book has no existence now , not by the concept of Rolan Part which versus the ingenuities and the studies within this open reality of digital writings in the presence of digital libraries with all its intellectual production_ which are easier in circulation , but if the absence of the traditional book is an ineluctable thing there is no real prove about that - this idea itself present a new value and different concept in the consideration of that the digital revolution device the past with all his advantages and disadvantages . From this standpoint the continuing revolution with all its various orientations conserving the basis of its beginning ( the papery book ) , and you can't exhaust the (King) now- I mean the formal cultural achievement which can be like the Pyramids, in my point of view , and become monuments should be visited and recognized through its formal achievement , it might be relatively after long time from now which is the modernization theory might be constituted, or the concept of post moderation, which was new theory at this time one of the modern theories which interesting in the criticism of the life and specially the literature , and the normal development of the present normal real , which can be recognized through the essentiality of changing and creating new constructions that it is the general for the present time, however it antagonize with the present real _ to talk about virtual different real with all its components presenting different otherwise we approve or go against it , however, it is a virtual digital real presenting new different construction and new different world , also it presents this cultural achievement though different techniques and mechanisms differs from our formal knowledge , and this faced by a lot of apprehension and suspicion , this achievements create a different technical attitude, and compart the ideological attitudes into several directions . The points of views about the digital real and the digital writings, till now this viewpoints are not clear in its technical conceiving and destinations. I trying to address to the details although the presence of the fast developments and the changeable knowledge at the digital field. These viewpoints arise questions about the kind and the type of literature where is the culture contributing with the references and with the newest computer techniques, the Internet where a lot of elements are engaged in the technical work like photos , video , sound and light effects, colors, software.. all of these are new elements in writing , perhaps it had been formed in the normal real from words only in the papery writing , however it differ in the form at the digital real , the question still arise will the papery book become like Pyramids?
